OPTIMALISASI PENDIDIKAN MELALUI EVALUASI PROGRAM YANG TERSTRUKTUR
Abstract
This article discusses the optimization of education through structured program evaluation, emphasizing the importance of evaluation in enhancing the quality of learning. Systematic and well-planned evaluations enable stakeholders to obtain objective data regarding the effectiveness, efficiency, and relevance of educational programs. Various types of evaluations, such as formative and summative evaluations, play a crucial role in providing constructive feedback and designing appropriate improvements. The results of evaluations can be utilized to adjust curricula, allocate resources, and enhance educators' professionalism. Furthermore, evidence-based evaluations provide a solid foundation for more effective educational policymaking that is adaptive to the needs of learners. Thus, structured program evaluation serves not only as a tool to assess final outcomes but also as a strategic means for continuous improvement within the education system. This article is expected to offer a deeper understanding of the role of evaluation in optimizing education quality and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of educational research.
