Review of Teacher Self-Evaluation Based on PDCA Cycle for Quality Management Improvement
Abstract
Improving the quality of education at State Islamic Senior High School (MAN) 1 Metro City requires a systematic approach that involves continuous evaluation of teacher performance. One approach that has proven effective is the application of the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle as a self-evaluation framework. This study aims to analyze the application of self-evaluation based on the PDCA cycle in the context of improving the quality of education management at MAN 1 Metro City. Through the application of the PDCA cycle, it is expected that teachers can consistently improve the learning process they carry out, as well as contribute to improving the quality of education at the madrasah. This study found that PDCA not only improves the quality of learning, but also encourages a reflective and innovative culture among teachers.
